These Realtor®|Brokers handle private real estate transactions and help parties buy|sell homes for themselves or property for their business. Everyone knows of that one property in the neighborhood, or near the office where you work, that just doesn’t shine like it use to. We sometimes acquire properties for the sole purpose of making them shine like they use to. Some people call it “Flipping”, we call it community improvement. We do buy a small number of properties each year with the intent to rehab and sell for profit. However, we are after much more than a profit. We are after making the community better than it was before. The ripple effects of one improvement keeps our many vendors busy with new jobs close to home. The neighbors we meet along the way create new friendships. Each year we donate a portion of these profits to a local non-profit in our community.
